Dr. Ivanov started his life in Bulgaria. There he graduated the Thracian University in the distant 1997 with Doctorate in Veterinary Medicine. His carrier includes large animal medicine for few years, then Research Fellow in the Bulgarian Academy of Sciences in the field of Immunology and its applications in the fight with Cancer.

In 2005 Dr. Ivanov moved to Colorado to join the team of Dr. Jeff Young at Planned Pethood Plus in Denver, Colorado. He worked closely with Dr. Jeff and received great mentorship from one of the best and most passionate veterinarians. 

After 11 years in this fast-paced practice Dr. Ivanov was ready for some warmer climate. He arrived in sunny Florida in 2016 and worked in the Humane Society of Sarasota County where he helped to grow a full-service Veterinary Clinic for the public.

Dr. Ivanov loves all aspects of Veterinary medicine, but his special interest is in the field of Physical therapy and Restorative medicine for senior patients. Soft tissue and selected Orthopedic surgeries are also in the scope of interest.

If he gets any free time, Dr. Ivanov likes to spend it with his son and daughter doing fun projects, fishing or just enjoying the sun on the beach.
